Beschreibung
This ultra rare bike was originaly taken to the Isle of Man TT as part of an effort by Dr Erhlich, and run as an EMC Puch.
The rider Mr French who owned the Sulby engineering company came eleventh in the ultra lightweight class.
Mr French then decided to convert the bike to DOHC using the EMC Puch rolling chassis and bottom end. The bike was then again entered in the 1952 TT only to retire.
Don Chapman from Cippenham raced the bike at various short circuits during the 50s until its retirement.
The bike all turns over and selects gears but would require re-commisioning before its return to the track.
A rare historic DOHC racing motorcycle with some history.
Only for sale due to reducing my collection.
There is a feature containg the bike in the Classic Motorcycle March 2000
Would take 1931 TT Raleigh racing parts in part exchange
