My Falcon needs a loving home!
Restored a few years ago to an amazing standard, a very very straight bike that has basically been stored in ideal conditions since its restoration.
It has just had a check over and a few bits replaced to make it a very nice bike and there will not be many in this condition available for sale.
It has the correct AMC 20T 199cc engine with a 4 speed gearbox.
The frame is in excellent condition, all paintwork is the original Arden Green, chrome all good, tyres recently replaced. Brand new silencer just ordered and will be fitted before collection.
I do have a pair of un-restored metal leg shields with brackets, they are in solid condition, just need painting.
Tax free and from May next year the MOT rules change, so any bike over 40 years old will no longer need testing. There is no MOT on this one at present, it will fly through, but if it worries you I can get an MOT done.
Its an easy starter and a comfortable ride, helped by recent rear shocks and a re-upholstered seat.
I have no problem with viewings, but be assured, if getting here to see it is a problem, you won't be disappointed with your purchase.
This bike is worth the price I was asking, it won't be the cheapest one out there for sure, but I think it could well be the best on sale at present. If you have been looking at bikes of this age you will know just how much rubbish is out there at too good to be true prices. I have decided to reduce the asking price as I now need the space in my garage.
If it doesn't make the new asking price, or very close to it I will have to hang on until next Spring when bike prices are always higher.
I will consider a 1950s/ 1960s petrol pump in part exchange, as long as it is complete, Avery Hardoll, Tokheim, Wayne, Gilbarco, Beckmeter, any condition.
