Peugeot 505 Turbo Superproduction

From 1984 to 1988, Danielson built a Peugeot 505 Turbo to race in Superproduction championship organized by the Fédération Française de Sport Automobile, or FFSA. The 505 Turbo Superproduction was an extremely powerful racecar, driven by great pilots such as Jean-Pierre Beltoise and Jean-Pierre Jabouille. The car we are offering for sale is a very rare 505 Turbo which raced in the Superproduction championship in the 1980s, driven by Jean-Pierre Jabouille. It remains in the same configuration as it was pictured on the Paul Ricard racetrack in 1986, wearing the same stickers. This car was designed by the Danielson Group. One of these cars driven by Jean-Pierre Beltoise remains now at the Peugeot Museum. Despite its original condition, this car is unfortunately incomplete, the interchange and calculator are among missing parts. People from Danielson confirmed us that only between 12 and 18 cars were made by the factory, disappearance of some parts from cars dates probably from the beginning of 1990s. This is the reason why this car has not raced since. The current offers its skills and services to the next owner who wishes to restore this unusual car.
