This is one of the lowest-mileage, most original surviving 1966 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT Veloce 1. 6 Quadrifoglio Verde, an exceptionally, largely original, unrestored 42. 000Km example.
The car is without a doubt one of the most appealing Quadrifoglio verde on the market. With his 42. 000 Original Kilometers, had been repainted few years ago’ and it still has is fully original interior.
The body is solid and rust-free, with no evidence of damages.
Its chrome parts and white paint continue to shine beautifully. Also accompanying the car are original tools and the original black Italian Plates.
Few examples of GT Veloce Quadrifoglio Verde have survived in such exceptional original, unrestored condition as this car.
As we do for all of our cars this Alfa has been carefully inspected by one of our certified master mechanics and the following works were found and taken care:
* Complete detail and buffing.
* Timing belt replaced.
* Fuel pump replaced.
* Water pump replaced.
* New Battery.
* Complete service including : engine oil and oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, sparks plugs, coolant, brakes fluid and differential oil were changed.
* Fuel hoses have been inspected and replaced where necessary.
* Brakes and suspension check.
In 1966 the Giulia Sprint GT Veloce 1600 (Green Cloverleaf) was born, with 109 hp, more powerful engine torque and braking system, improved stance, imitation wood interiors and mild “bucket” seats. This car is at the top of its category, on a par with other sports cars with larger engines. In 1968 it was replaced by the GT Veloce 1750.
