Lambretta DL125 (GP125 Italian Scooter) 1969.
I purchased this straight and genuine Lambretta in May 2015, after it had been imported from Italy.
The scooter was up dated with a 12v BGM / Ducati electronic ignition, a new sport seat and new, new Michelin S1 tyres (still have bobbles on). I took it to the IOW ride out in 2015, and have not ridden it since as I have since passed my full bike licence and have a couple of larger engined scooters that I now ride instead.
The scooter comes with a V5 currently in my name. It was imported from Italy in 2014. It has a stamped British Lambretta Archive certificate to confirm that it is an Innocenti frame and the number is correct for year of manufacture (1969), and therefore it also has an age related number plate.
It was last MOT’ed 16/ 4/ 16, and has not been ridden more than a couple of miles since.
It is a lovely straight / standard Italian Lambretta DL125 (GP125). I do not really want to sell her and will be sad to see her go, but could do with the space (ref I am a mechanical things hoarder).
Please see photo’ s for condition. As you can see it is in very good shape. This is an icon model and place of manufacture (i. e. Italian, not Indian model), great to ride and an investment.
It has always been kept garaged since I have owned her.
An Italian GP125 is now very rare, and once it has gone, it is gone.
