Description
Here we have for sale, this amazing head turning 1968 Pontiac Bonneville, with beautiful and real patina to the body this is a very original 68 Pontiac Bonneville, with the original 400 (6. 6ltr) engine, column shift, left hand drive.
It has just over 60k miles on it, but unfortunately only a little history, as with a lot of American imports, the details are lost during import.
It was imported in 2013, from a dry state. Completely solid car no rust or rot (ignoring the obvious surface rust on exterior body and chassis rails).
Interior is all there and very tidy, apart from the missing headlining and rear parcel shelf. But that has never bothered me.
Strolled through an MOT in June last year. It is due another shortly and when I get that done, will no doubt go through that perfectly as well!
Starts well every time, no struggle, and I have driven it on journeys long and short, covering around 6000 miles in the last 2 summers with no use during winter or heavy rain, no trouble at all. It is also a pillarless coupe which helps even more to make it the perfect, comfortable, cruising vehicle to use throughout the summer.
It is currently sitting on what I believe are rare early keystone wheels.
The car is currently residing in my family's collection, in dry storage in Mid
Kent.
