It was the pride wounded by the exclusion from the Mille Miglia route that started the first edition of the Tuscan Cup in 1949. A route of over 600 km which proved to be exhausting for men and vehicles. The last edition was held in 1954 and since 1996, thanks to the enthusiasm of CAMET, the Tuscan Cup has been reborn as a historical re-enactment. In 2024 it reaches its 27th edition and the characterizing theme is "from Chianti to Brunello". Departure from Florence and, through the roads of the Crete Senesi and Val d'Orcia, you reach Montalcino, Bibbiano castle, Tancredi castle, the abbey of Sant'Antimo, San Quirico d'Orcia to arrive in Siena, in Piazza del Duomo and Piazza del Campo for the grand finale.
