The RS line of Audis began in 1994 with the launch of the RS2 (Which was based on the Audi 80). The RS line quickly gained success thanks to its impressive performance. The RS4 hit the market in 2000 and has undergone several iterations since, including several turbo variations.
This version though benefits from an engine that bucks the trend of using smaller blown engines, rather Audi opted for a larger high revving V8 to propel this RS4 from 0-60 in just 4.7 seconds. With an impressive 0-60, the sound that can only come from a V8 and an engine that can go all the way to 8250rpm we can see why the RS4 dominated the super saloon segment!

The History
The current owner has up until recently been using this as her daily commuter, now with the push to work from home she has decided to let it go.
As part of a family of petrol heads she wanted something with a little more grunt than the average commuter car and this V8 powered RS4 certainly fit the bill.

There isn’t a vast array of receipts, instead there is something much better; comprehensive Audi service history. Owned by a family of car enthusiasts this car has been very well looked after and has wanted for nothing.

The Interior
The interior is in generally good condition for the age and mileage with some signs of wear consummate with the age. Several of the carbon fibre trims are showing signs of crazing, but the overall condition is good.
The deep black leather bucket seats and low slung position lets you know this car means business when it comes to fun, yet provides a comfortable driving experience for day to day use.

The Exterior
The exterior is in generally good condition with some age related marks and some very small paint speckles, however these do not detract from the overall presentation of the car, which finished in blue is quite striking.

The car benefits from a comprehensive Audi service history and this naturally includes any work that has needed doing, as such this car drives perfectly and is mechanically a fantastic example of an RS4 convertible.
Having wanted for nothing this car is mechanically spot on and benefits from upgraded oil cooler pipes alongside a full height adjustable Bilstein suspension kit. The original suspension is available with the car.
