The Appeal
When it was introduced in the early ‘90s, the 850 heralded a new era for Volvo. This brave new world was one of front-wheel drive, five cylinder engines and a Delta-link rear axle.
Thankfully for Volvo’s traditional customer base, it retained the strikingly rectilinear styling they had come to know and love, with its wedge-shaped front end attached to an antique-wardrobe-swallowing cuboid at the rear.
This particular 850 benefits from a long MOT and is finished in white. Its blue cloth interior is a particularly nice feature and it features standard Volvo luxuries such as heated front seats.
