Description
Overdrive version, 72, 000 miles. In Pimento Red. MOT and Tax Exempt. Owned since 1992. Maintained by Triumph specialists throughout. Stored in dry barn. TSSC valuation 11. 10. 22 was £15, 000. All round very good condition. I never wanted to 'show' the car and last Triumph mechanic (2020) stated "Your car is a very nice car and a very good basis for an A1 car.(A1 to me is show, near concours, not sure what your A1 is?) but would really need painting to be top notch."Carpets are sound. Could do with a new seat cover (see picture). Last mechanic (2020) stated "The new interior will make it a nicer place to sit, but not sure it would add immense value to car". I bought this in the early 90s but never drove it very much. Been maintained by Triumph specialists (MW Restore, Clive Manvers, Robosport) with repairs undertaken throughout the year totalling more money than I care to think about it (!) - those costs alone are significantly more than the price I am selling it for. Last refurb was over £2000 in 2020. Runs well. Minimal work done for last MOT - change of wishbone bushes.
