For sale is my beautiful Rover 75. Fastidiously looked after in my ownership following on from the care lavished on it by the previous (second owner).
My car is Cowley produced and was originally made to be sold on the Japanese Market but was returned to the UK in the wake of the BMW ownership pull-out. It was then first registered in the UK in 2001.
The car looks stunning in the rare colour of Dorchester Red. The paintwork is in immaculate condition. Inside, it comes with matching leather seats and a walnut dashboard. The condition has to be seen to be fully appreciated; it was a show winner under its previous owner and it presents just as well now. I get a lot of attention as the owner, it stands out in modern traffic and the lovey deep burble of the V6 also turns heads. I've shown it at a several events over the last couple of years and it never fails to receive a lot of interest, particularly amongst other 75 owners.
During my ownership, any issue that has arisen has been addressed. It has been serviced continually and is currently running as new. It has just short of 12 months remaining on its MOT and it passed with no advisories.
The first owner put the miles on the car but it has been much more conservatively used by the myself and the previous owner. However, I have travelled roughly 10, 000 miles in my two year ownership - it has always proven fully reliable on our long trips around the UK.
On the potential jobs list, the air-conditioning could do with re-gassing. I haven't done this yet, as the regular ventilation works very well, especially after we replaced the heater matrix earlier this year.
This is a perfect buy for anyone who wants a show car that can also be relied upon in regular use. It is always likely to require a degree of maintenance though, it's a Rover, not a Honda Accord - but anyone that looks after her will be thoroughly rewarded.

I wasn't planning to sell, however, situations change and a couple of my cars are having to go. I will be devastated to see her leave my driveway - I've loved being the owner. I look forward to hearing from you.
