Ford Escort mk2 1979 South African import in a lovely colour with matching interior leather. tax and mot exempt the mileage is 46123km which is 28567 miles. Drives very well could do with carb setting up as is splutters when driving. All 4 tyres like brand new. Recently had new rear brakes, thermostat, water pump. Both front track rod ends.
The car is in very good condition with no rust or rot anywhere. Does have some age related marks and when I bought the car fuel filler cap had been leaking which has marked the paint work. Stitching on driver seat has come away but it’s not ripped can easier be re stitched. Centre cap missing on near side rear wheel. When there is weight in the back it does scrub tyres because it has super lights wheels on never bothered me. Also could do with tracking as steering wheel is offset I will try and get this sorted.
Also has a boot build. Not
everyone’s liking but was in the car when I bought it. Can easily be removed
