Ducati Monster 400 - It's nigh on 30 years old and has that classic mid 90s patina - I. E. it's not showroom condition, the engine paint has flaked, the frame paint is very thin, so has light surface corrosion, there's a very slight dent on the tank (see image) - but! the upside of this non-garage queen is that it's a really usable classic and you won't worry about taking it out in bad weather. I've owned this for just over a year and have ridden about 1, 000km on it without a hitch.
Originally a Japan export bike it was brought into the UK in 2018 and I have loads of invoices from the previous owner.
I have just had the MOT renewed and have serviced it myself, changing the belts, oil and filters.
For a first bike, and / or a budget entry into the world of Ducati this is an excellent bike.
