To kick off the hunt, GT Butler presents this iconic Z3M Coupé: a collector car with low mileage and benefiting from regular maintenance.
Appearing in 1995, the Z3 is the essence of driving pleasure, offering a subtle balance between a car that feels almost modern and driving sensations that are utterly authentic. Initially launched as a Roadster, the Z3 received its M version in 1996, with the 3. 2L engine from the M3 delivering 321hp. The Coupé version arrived late in 1998, exclusively powered by six cylinders and offering a notable gain in rigidity for sporty driving. With only 2, 178 units produced in S50 LHD, the Z3M Coupé instantly became a mythic vehicle, for its looks, for its six‑cylinder which is probably one of BMW’s best engines, and for its typically BMW communicative handling.

The model we are offering is a 1999 Z3M Coupé, showing 103, 500 kms. The vehicle is in excellent condition and has a full service history. A service (Inspection I + spark plugs) has been carried out for the sale. The clutch and water pump have also been replaced recently.

CONFIGURATION
This Z3M was delivered new in March 1999, in a superb Cosmos Black combination, with a contrasting bi‑tone black & Kyalami orange leather interior. Its last owner has owned the vehicle since 2018.
Our model features most period options, notably heated electric seats, air conditioning, the BMW Business CD radio and the Hi‑Fi stereo (full list on our GT-Butler site).
The car is also fitted with APEx lowered springs (-20 mm) and 19‑inch BBS LM‑style wheels.
ENTRETIEN
Our Z3M comes with its full service history from new (9 service entries), together with several maintenance invoices since 2011.
It also has a CarFax history report showing eight mileage entries between 2011 and 2024, and a recent CarVertical report indicating no accidents during the car’s life.
A recent “Inspection I” was carried out by a Motorsport specialist, including engine oil change, replacement of filters (including VANOS and fuel filters), replacement of spark plugs, and brake system bleed. The front subframe and rear suspension mounts were checked on this occasion and show no weaknesses.
Previously, the clutch was replaced at 100, 000 kms, an Inspection 2 was carried out at 98, 000 kms and the water pump replaced at 93, 000 kms (invoices available).
The brake discs are about halfway worn and the pads are in very good condition.
All four tyres will be replaced for sale.
No costs are due. The vehicle is mechanically entirely original and runs perfectly, delivering a faultless driving experience. The latest MOT, passed in December 2024, is clean.
ETAT
The bodywork is in very good condition, with no scratches or major defects. The front end shows a few stone chips around the grille, and there is a small scratch on the lower part of the rear bumper above the right exhausts.
The interior is in very good original condition, with a light patina that confirms the leather on the seats and steering wheel has never been retrimmed. Only a small crack on the centre console is noted.
The 19‑inch BBS‑style wheels are in good condition. Only the rear‑right wheel shows a small scuff around the rim.
The vehicle can alternatively be delivered with its original wheels, newly refurbished and fitted with new Pirelli tyres (an extra €1, 500).
All equipment is fully functional.

The vehicle is supplied with its two original keys, its service book, maintenance invoices and several history reports. All these elements ensure traceability that will guarantee optimal value as a collector’s item.
A 6‑month Triomphe Heritage Warranty (up to €2, 500) is included (extendable up to 36 months and/ or a cap of €10, 000).
