Registered in March 1964, it remained the property of its 1st Italian buyer until 2018. Genuine second hand. I bought it in 2018 through a Lancia specialist who imported it then restored it at my request and did all the paperwork. CG collection in my name, over 20 KE of invoices since 2018. I made a point of taking back all the tired parts and did a complete restoration faithful to the original. We took out the block, the box, sandblasted what was needed, washed and treated the engine compartment, the floor, the boot etc. Changed the bearings, ball joints, cardan shaft bellows, cleaned the strainer. All the bolts, silentblocks, hoses, belts and filters are new. The same goes for the water pump, fuel pump and carburettor kit. Complete restoration of the dipstick and fuel tank (removed, stripped and epoxy-treated). New exhaust system. New Michelin tyres. Complete overhaul of the ignition system (charging cable, regulator, dynamo). Replacement of the windscreen wipers, windscreen seals and rear window. Replacement of the complete set of original beige rubber mats (front and rear, gear lever surround etc). The upholstery was completely redone by the previous owner a dozen years ago.
CT OK (dated 25/ 04/ 2025), drives perfectly, reliable. Very nice car which I am reluctantly parting out of necessity.
