For sale: Citroën 2CV4 from April 1978
Vehicle partially restored, with a large quantity of new parts. Ideal for an enthusiast wanting to complete a beautiful restoration project with many new parts supplied (from MEHARI CLUB CASSIS and MCDA, with invoices to back it up).
Work already completed:
Chassis:
Fully stripped and repainted
Braking system redone with new parts.
Engine:
Was turning over with good compression two years ago (not tested since).
Bodywork:
Extensive sheet metal work carried out.
Side floor panels, pedal box, sills and boot floor bought new in electro-galvanised finish
front wing inner panels and front wings new, provenance Méhari Club Cassis.
Remaining works planned: dent removal to be carried out on several areas of the body, full repaint.
Front doors, boot lid and ventilation louvre are fully restored and ready to be painted; the front and rear wings are new. Complete wiring loom to be installed.
Upholstery:
Front and rear bench seats repainted and installation of new fabric (purchased from Rénov 2CV).
I don’t have the hood, nor the tyres.
Many new parts unused:
door seals, floor mats, rear bumper, headlamp bezels, indicator switch, ignition switch, headlights, etc.
A project for a connoisseur and enthusiast (Bamboo Green model).
