We are offering for sale this sublime example of the Morgan 4/ 4 Series II. The vehicle presents itself in a very beautiful two-tone combination of red and black, with a black interior.
Meaning "four wheels, four cylinders", the 4/ 4 embodies the very essence of the brand. Although produced in several variants and with a wide range of engines from 1936 to 2018, the Morgan 4/ 4 remains fairly rare.
This vehicle, of American origin, imported by Fergus Imported Cars in New York, spent a large part of its life with its first owner in Colorado before being imported to Belgium in 1988.
It is in its original condition, unrestored; a large part of its paint is still original and shows a very nice patina.
Under the bonnet, one finds the Ford 120E 6015 engine, identical to the one fitted to the Ford Cortina Mk1 1500 GT
The vehicle benefits from a recent mechanical overhaul, including a complete brake system overhaul.
It is equipped with a black soft-top in good condition, accompanied by its side windows.
