More than twenty options, and an engine rebuilt by Porsche with cast-iron liners, ensuring long-term durability to replace the Nikasil surface treatment on the original cylinder liners of the aluminium block. The cost of the engine rebuild is €15, 000 and the engine has covered around 5, 000 km. Known Porsche issues on 3. 4 and 3. 7-litre engines.
