We are pleased to offer for sale this exceptional Porsche 996 Carrera 4S with manual gearbox.
Delivered brand new in France on 17 January 2003, it today shows just 43, 370 kilometres, certified with complete traceability.
Its overall condition is remarkable—this is a true “Time Capsule”. The cabin has kept the smell of new despite its 22 years and shows absolutely no signs of wear.
Impeccably specified, it comes with the sought-after options on a 996 4S, including: sport seats, electric sunroof, the aluminium pack (gear lever and handbrake), PSE (sport exhaust with valves), cruise control, Litronic headlights (xenon), the Bose audio system, etc.
Its original colour is Metallic Arctic Grey. It is currently covered in a Speed Yellow covering, protected by PPF with a ceramic finish.
The bodywork is mostly original paint (apart from the bonnet and the front bumper). Its condition before the covering was applied has been fully documented with photos and video, which of course will be made available to its future owner.
Given the high-quality finish—representing an investment of nearly €10, 000—we felt it would be a shame to remove this covering for the sale. However, we can take care of it if the future owner would prefer to have the car returned to its original colour.
In addition to its outstanding presentation, it is also in perfect mechanical condition, with major work recently carried out:
- At 41, 374 kilometres: replacement of the front and rear dampers + damper tops (Bilstein).
- At 40, 526 kilometres: replacement of both rear tyres (the two front tyres will be replaced before delivery).
- At 37, 682 kilometres: replacement of the exhaust silencer with a Scart valved system.
- At 35, 998 kilometres: preventive replacement of the IMS with a reinforced unit + replacement of the complete clutch kit.
Its PIWIS diagnostic shows no fault for “plage 2”.
The car is complete (full set). It comes with its file of invoices, compressor, jack, tool roll, spare key set, service booklet, and all owner’s manuals.
