Set of 2 headlights for fitting to VESPA 400
Since the original AUTEROCHE brand headlights have not been manufactured for around thirty years, PLEIN PHARES/ PLEIN FEUX has developed this kit which allows you to fit quality headlights with only minor modification.
The fitting is straightforward – you simply need to drill 4 holes with an 8 mm diameter and assembly is easy.
You then need to insert special dowels (supplied) into these holes which will receive the fixing and adjustment screws.
Headlights of the "Complex faceted surface" type, delivering lighting performance significantly superior to the original equipment.
These headlights are supplied with H4 type bulbs at 12 Volts 60/ 55 watts but they can also be equipped with LED bulbs.
Outer diameter: 150 mm
Recess diameter in the bezel: 142 mm
Fixing hole spacing: 160 mm
Fixing and adjustment by 4 screws + springs.
The headlights are supplied with:
- 2 H4 bulbs at 12 Volts 60/ 55 Watts
- 2 sidelights at 12 Volts 4 Watts
- 2 sealing caps
- 2 three-pin connectors to connect to the vehicle's wiring loom
- 8 special fixing and adjustment screws
- 8 special dowels
- 8 springs
From a technical standpoint, the 4 fixing points allow very precise adjustment.
On request, these headlights can be supplied in European Code version with traditional fluted lenses and yellow bulbs in European Code (R2) as originally fitted.
The supplied headlights are European manufactured and quality-made by an approved original equipment supplier.
These headlights are approved and pass the MOT without any issues.
Moreover, the fact that they have an integrated sidelight brings them into compliance with the new MOT regulations in force since May 2018.
