Private seller selling pre-war 8 engine from 8 June 1938
Engine with military plate
indicating Ministry of Defence
and the engine overhaul date in 1953
ideal for people restoring military vehicles including Citroën Traction
the engine block is neither cracked nor frost-damaged
however it appears complete to me and it is seized (tight) due to prolonged storage
from my knowledge as a Traction enthusiast it has
its original cylinder head 78 x 100
its original water pump
period-correct engine block
its original flywheel
however I don't know its internal condition knowing only that it is seized
engine sold as-is with no warranty whatsoever
price: €1000 for the engine + collection at your own expense or by a carrier mandated by you
other pre-war engines (a 43) and an engine block from 35
as well as pre-war 11 cylinder head, pre-war crankshaft, etc...
