Description
Selling a crankshaft for Renault R8 and R8S. It's a crankshaft with 7 fixing holes for the flywheel. It's possible to use it for an R8 Gordini engine by fitting an appropriate flywheel.
It's in very good condition, original specifications (bearings and connecting rods). It's been in storage for a very long time, so I can't confirm it's never been used, but if it has been, it didn't run for very long. The marks you see are just grease left on it from storage with some dust that's stuck to it.
Bearing journals are spotless, no scratches of course.
You can clearly see it hasn't been used, or very little, by looking at the inlet seal journal on the flywheel side, which shows no wear marks.
