Set of 2 headlamps for VESPA 400 adaptation
Since the original AUTEROCHE brand headlamps have not been manufactured for around thirty years, PLEIN PHARES/ PLEIN FEUX has developed this kit which allows you to fit quality headlamps with only minor modification.
The adaptation is straightforward – you simply need to drill 3 holes with an 8 mm diameter and installation is easy.
You then need to insert special plugs (supplied) into these holes which will receive the fixing and adjustment screws.
"Dipped/ Main beam" type headlamps with integrated sidelights providing lighting performance significantly superior to the original equipment.
These headlamps are supplied with H5 type bulbs at 12 Volts 60/ 55 watts but they can also be equipped with LED bulbs.
External diameter: 150 mm
Recess diameter in the bezel: 142 mm
Fixing position identical to the original AUTEROCHE model
Fixing and adjustment by 3 screws + springs.
Optics with tempered soda-lime glass lenses
The headlamps are supplied with:
- 2 H5 bulbs at 12 Volts 60/ 55 Watts
- 2 sidelight bulbs at 12 Volts 4 Watts
- 2 rubber sealing caps
- 2 three-pin connectors to connect to the vehicle's wiring loom.
- 6 special fixing and adjustment screws.
- 6 special plugs
- 6 springs
From a technical standpoint, the 3 fixing points allow very precise adjustment.
The supplied headlamps are European manufactured and quality-built by an approved original equipment supplier.
These headlamps are approved and pass the MOT without any issues.
Furthermore, the fact that they have an integrated sidelight brings them into compliance with the new DRIRE regulations and MOT requirements in force since May 2018.
