Second-hand from a damaged vehicle, you'll need to straighten the spokes and recover the centre boss from your old wheel or straighten that as well (which explains the price).
The advantage of this steering wheel is that it has lovely firm foam with a nice grain that isn't cracked or sticky and doesn't slip on the shaft.
