6 hubcaps signed "DELAHAYE":
- Lettering carefully engraved.
- 5 retain their red paint in the engraving.
- 1 has no paint in the engraving
- Inscription "DUCEL R. 5083" stamped on the reverse by luxury equipment maker Ducel
- All 6 examples are in chrome-plated brass/ copper (non-magnetic)
1 piece in chrome-plated steel (magnetic).
Condition:
Pieces preserved in their original state. The chrome displays a beautiful mirror finish. Some signs of use and light superficial dents are present, but perfectly restorable thanks to the flexibility of the brass backing. The reverse of the pieces is sound and the fixings are operational.
