Rare Volvo V70 T5 240bhp with Full Service History
Delivered new in Sweden on 7 February 1997, our V70 T5 is equipped with the legendary 2. 3-litre 5-cylinder turbocharged 20-valve engine producing 240 bhp.
The T5 remains a particularly high-performing motor car for its era, with 0-100 km/ h in just 7. 1 seconds and 0-200 km/ h in 27. 5 seconds, with a top speed of 245 km/ h.
It can therefore do it all: a family car that's comfortable and spacious, it's equally capable of cruising effortlessly on the motorway, even when fully loaded.
Its automatic gearbox features 3 driving modes: Sport, Economy and Winter, allowing you to easily adapt its behaviour to driving conditions. With 330 Nm of torque, the V70 T5 delivers particularly responsive acceleration.
This generation of B5234T engine is renowned for its robustness and reliability. Its mileage of 182, 000 km is therefore particularly reasonable for a motor car approaching 30 years old. This is perfectly verified by its complete original service book, numerous invoices and MOT certificates from new.
A major service has just been carried out in September 2026, including notably the replacement of the timing belt and water pump, alternator, engine mount, hydraulic tensioner and anti-roll bar links, as well as an engine oil change and filter replacement.
A paint thickness measurement has been carried out and confirms that the bodywork is in its original paint and has never been resprayed.
The interior is also in good general condition. A protective film has been applied to the rear window; this can be removed if desired.
