Built for just five years and so often the basis for backdate projects, it's remarkably rare to find an original 964-generation 911, let alone one so fine as this 1990 example: a Carrera 4 Targa. Indeed, the 964 C4 Targa holds a special place in the 911 lineage as the last to feature the traditional lift-out Targa panel before Porsche moved to a sliding glass arrangement. Finding one in a colour as striking and seldom seen as Tahoe Blue only sharpens the appeal.
This UK-supplied example was delivered new through the Porsche Centre in Norwich in April 1990 and has covered 113,700 miles from new across six registered keepers.
