The Appeal
A two seater, 360bhp sports car that can carry several sheep and perhaps a load of building materials? That’ll be the Holden UTE SS-V.
A 6litre V8 engine and sequential gearbox make this VE UTE a proper Q-car. Imported from Australian in 2019, it is useful RHD, sports dependable and simple GM mechanicals and can be registered here as a commercial van.
This one has clearly been looked after by its four registered keepers. Finished in stand-out metallic blue with black leather interior, it is the high specification ‘SS-V.’
The full service history includes recent service and new front and rear brake pads. It is usefully factory standard except for upgraded Monroe coilover suspension to improve handling and a bespoke retrimmed steering wheel.
