no mot or tax. good structurally, a bit frayed around the edges. All there inside and out. Possibly needs distributor replaced as condenser screw threaded. Great engine and drivetrain. been sitting outside for 6 years. sliding doors rusted through at the bottom have lots of pic's if you need. Panels are available from Japan. Price is not negotiable. If i don't sell it i will put the conversion on my Suzuki Carry.
