Hi here we have my 1989 F reg Vauxhall nova 1. 3 SR that has been fully restored over three years. Genuine low mileage of only 52, 000 in spotless steel grey.
I purchased the SR in October 2013 and proceeded straight away to strip the nova to the bare shell and over the next three long years the nova had a full nut and bolt restoration.
Every part that could be changed for new was replaced including a full engine and gearbox rebuild (every gasket, seal, nut and bolt etc)
The underside was stripped back to bare metal and then treated to several different paint and sealing coats to protect the nova from the British weather.
The only welding that was needed was two small repair panels on the lower rear cil/ quarter panels, the doors and rear arches I believe to be original.
Every steering, suspension and braking component has been ch@nged for new, I can not stress enough how much time money and effort has gone in to the nova with no corner cut.
The interior is again spotless with no signs of wear at all, every switch and button works has it should including the original factory fitted radio.
Also the SR is showing no signs of rust anywhere.
The original SR alloys have been refurbished and four brand new continental tyres fitted, the original spare wheel and tool kit is in the boot.
After buying the nova in October 2013 and building the car it was ready for the road and MOT in June 2016, over the last two years the nova has never let me down the engine is very strong you wouldn’t think how it drives it is coming up to 30 years old, I’ve attended a few Vauxhall and classic car shows where the car has had a lot of interest, every time I use the SR I get people stopping and asking questions about it.
It drives perfect with no oil, fuel or coolant leaks at all.

It shows the mileage for every MOT since 2006 including all pass fails Advisory items, I also have MOT cert for the last eighteen years.
I also have lots of history and invoices, the MOT expires on 16th June 2019.
