Selling my beloved 1970 Mercedes Benz W108 280s 2800cc Straight 6 cylinder Motor. Mated to the original 4 Speed Manual transmission with original powerful M130. 016 Engine. The mileage is currently 168, 000 Genuine Miles. The car was delivered Brand new to Nairobi Kenya in 1970. This car was owned by a very famous individual and is part of Kenya's independence history. I am the second owner since new and the car has been participating in the Kenya concours d'elegance.
The car is Silver with a Cherry Red Two-Tone paint. Originally the car was white in colour but changed during a mild Restoration in 2015. The interior is Original MB Tan Brown. The Powerful M13O Motor is running healthy but could do with a good tune-up to get her purring! . The bodywork is decent but could do with a new paint-job and re-chroming of trim. The body has slight rust spots however nothing major.
