The car was born in New Zealand on 10th June 1976, supplied in Bright Red, to AMALGAMATED DAIRIES, in Auckland and Driven for 24 years by Mr Glasiter who was an ageing Director of the same company , I have the full history from the Dairies recently written by the latest Director, who also recalls driving this car, It was disposed of in 2000 , the car was in ownership of a company named Rally Tours NZ , the exploration of this Vehicle is nothing short of a miracle, it covered the Shanghai to London trips twice, all documented and listed, the car was photographed throughout its life and detailed for future library consultation and is available with the service history, Looked after by John Finly Motors in Christchurch in the later part of its life.
Sadly its third Owner in 2014 went Bankrupt and the current Owner purchased the example and brought it to the UK in 2014 after the Magazine Company it represented went into liquidation and after the 2nd of its two trips to Shanghai.

In terms of the condition I cant really fault the car for the 43 years its been beating , the running gear, engine and Gearbox are faultless , covered 62, 000 miles, there is extensive service history and the immense long distance trips really do represent an exceptionally well presented , no expense spared Example, Its received unprecedented attention since out of storage unit over the last few days and have to say Im a little addicted to driving it, the exterior Coachwork is exemplary as is the Gorgeous Cream unmarked Leather Hide Interior trim .
