Jeep Wrangler 4. 0 High Output 5 speed manual 1994 LHD Uk registered
2wd or 4x4 high and low all working correctly
2 lady owners last lady had for 13 years in Spain, originally registered new in Saudi Arabia
Special edition (Mork & Mindy) with aircon and white roof
Chassis and all components had a bare metal full strip down restoration carried out, most original parts re-used but fully stripped and re painted, every mounting bolt has anti seize grease applied... still parts will be needed small things like new anti roll bushes, and i want to get new bump stops for eg.... many coats applied and wax oil applied to inside of chassis also has drain holes added to lowest part of chassis under belly/ transmission tray area, to me an important point as when jet washing off mud under wings could easily fill that area with no escape!
Many new parts incl Head lamps. Engine full rebuild (detailed below), transfer box output to propshaft & diff pinion seals (still to be fitted), clutch, steering box, radiator, water pump, starter, alternator, Brembo brake discs & pads with calipers re-built, rear brake shoes fitting spring kit and cylinders & much more
Body has had a full strip down with chassis to body mounting points reinforced

If you are a serious buyer, please make me a serious offer as it has cost me too much, will need assembling and body respraying to be perfect, i can finish it or sell as is, but a bit of a logistical issue not completed!

Engine rebuild details as follows:
Block has new crankshaft shells throughout and crankshaft polished, Piston rings, timing chain and guide, all lifters stripped cleaned and primed
Head skimmed, all valves re set/ lapped in, new stem seals, front head bolt next to thermostat sealed as required
All gaskets
Core/ freeze plugs (6 in block 1 in head)
Engine mountings
Water pump
