Presented in turquoise blue this D Type was manufactured in 1922 the last year of D Type production, before the introduction of the OD in 1923.

Purchased by the previous owner in 1968, this Edwardian-style fast tourer drives and handles beautifully. On file are various invoices totalling some £33, ooo relaying to work carried out in recent years by Arthur Archer. The engine which was upgrade to OD spec (OD block and head) believed a factory refit and retains its original crankcase. The clutch and transmission are smooth and tight while stopping power is via transmission brake and hand brake. Complete with full tonneau cover, hood bag and new hood this original and correct quality car is reasonably priced at £56, 500
