Bought as an intended project to learn about older bikes, this lovely little machine has sat in the garage, just waiting to be brought back to life. I got her a new battery, new cables, and got ready for an autumn / winter project.... but a new job and a new grandchild are consuming every waking minute and we really need the space back in the garage, the sad realisation is that it’s not going to be me getting her going again. Compression, spark, etc, it all seems the be there for the taking, but she doesn’t start and run, and I can’t see me having the time to move forward. Therefore, she is for sale. Log book in my name, great reg number, looks like she was burgundy in colour in her earlier life. I would describe her as in decent condition, but showing all the scars of near 60 years of be used and worked on, and ready to have someone who is a mechanical wizz, breath life back and get her going. I can deliver for the cost of fuel and lunch in a large van. Open to any inspection.... looking for offers in excess of £1000 if at all possible.... happy to chat.
