I’m selling my beautiful restored and refurbished vintage caravan (1964) as a business with website as I have just taken on another caravan which is bigger as our children are growing up.
The caravan has been stored inside a barn and is dry and free of mould and moss.
The caravan has been hired out as The Vintage Caravan Hotel providing mobile accommodation for parties, weddings, as an extra guest room, spare office, photo shoots etc. I have listed on Airbnb and Facebook groups. I also get lots of holiday maker on local campsites and I’m usually booked out from June to mid September.
The caravan was refurbished and remodelled by Lucy Jayne also known as The Vintage Caravan Workshop. I have the paper work of all the work that was carried out by them.
The caravan has had a new respray last year and the roof has been insulated. The whole framework of the caravan has been rebuilt including the chassis.
The caravan has a 3 way Dometic fridge and runs on gas, 240 V and 12V.
Inside the caravan you have LED lights that run off the leisure battery which is also included.
The caravan sleeps 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) in a double / king size bed and triple bunks each with individual curtains. The second and top bunk both have reading lights on the wall. The bottom bunk converts into a baby cot too.
There is ample cupboard space and inside the caravan you’ll find a kitchenette with cooker, sink fridge and a bathroom with basin, electric flush toilet and a large cupboard.
I have also had a Thatcham tracker fitted as I needed this for insurance purposes.
The caravan would make also make an ideal office or guest accommodation.
