Three wheeled ‘bubblecar’. Single door at the front. Left hand drive. 200cc engine. 4 speed plus reverse. Theoretically a four seater – but rear seats have limited space. Bought in 2001 and fully restored during 2004/ 5. Used from 2006 for various shows and events until 2015 when my local Class 3 MOT test station closed. Now MOT exempt but although in running order has not really been used since then.
Photos available recording the strip back to bare body, welding and re-spraying. Not concours but in reasonable condition throughout. Frustratingly the clubs rubber baseplates for indicators have reacted with the paintwork – see detail photo – so paintwork is not pristine. Non standard seat coverings installed by previous owner have been retained.
Battery box added behind front seats to take conventional 12v battery rather than the fairly small standard unit – easily removed if not required.
Always generates lots of interest but given its speed and size I wouldn’t recommend mixing with heavy traffic.
Comes with a spare engine and various other spares included. Excellent club support.
