We sold this tractor four years ago and its just back again in PX, if your after a cheap loader tractor that will earn its keep read on…..
Starts on the button, runs very well and keeps great oil pressure, no smoke when pushed hard. All the gears select in both high & low ranges, smooth clutch with no judder. The loader works quickly and smoothly, a home made but sturdy rear weight included, bucket is well balanced tipping with ease when loaded. All four tyres stay up, no slows or leaks. Also fitted with a tipper pipe and additional hydraulic control valve. It’s a very original machine, still holding some of its rare metal bonnet badges, has very good oil pressure even when warm. We have two comprehensive service manuals to go with it.
It will happily work away around a yard or stables, it’s in the same condition it was when last sold four years ago and the happy owner has just bought another tractor from us. The brakes are crap, but its not stopped the last owner redoing his entire sloping driveway with it, just use the gears and the handy rear weight or front bucket as a parking brake. There’s no power steering and it has a lot of play, but as seen in the video it works well enough. Heater plugs need changing, he’s been giving it a sniff first thing, then its fine all day.
Not road registered, no log book, invoice supplied showing serial number from intact original ID plate. 4198 hours on clock, probably incorrect.
