At the Paris Motor Show in October 1957, Simca presented its new Chambord with a very American design inspiration. Still equipped with the 2351 cm3 V8 producing 84 hp, it will be manufactured until 1961.
Before entering André Trigano's collection in 1969, this car had only known two owners, the last one being a driver from Aude. It is undoubtedly the small number of owners and the 60, 738 km on the clock that explain its good overall condition. Indeed, its interior in fabric and leatherette is in original condition and well preserved, as are its carpets. In addition, it still has its original user manual. The bodywork has been repainted in its original sober black colour. It is therefore a beautiful example, in a rare state of conservation, which will deserve a general service before considering long journeys.
We inform buyers that all the vehicles in the collection have been little used during the last years as they are part of a museum collection. They are sold as presented and therefore require recommissioning before being driven on the public roads.
Estimate: 6 000 - 10 000 €
