It fills me with delight to offer this outstanding 1953 Vincent Black shadow for sale! This is a matching numbers machine and is very original with a wonderful patina that is rarely found now as so many of these bikes have been over restored and then don't get ridden. This bike has lived locally to us almost all its life and has completed the club run from lands end to John O'groats under it last owner. Restored many years ago with new Big ends and mains supplied and fitted by Val Blower of Ross Motors and upgraded to brass sleeved rocker tunnels and Brass exhaust thread insert heads by Mellor Motors this bike is mechanically sound and also benifitting from a 12v electric system it really wants for nothing but to be enjoyed. This is a late series C with the Die cast cases normally found on the D series but this is as it left the factory
