BSA D1 Bantam 1953 Competition model, bought as a project a couple of years ago, but I never gave it the focus it deserves.
Loosely assembled for the photos, everything is there to get her up and running, including new Electrex electronic ignition (the original Wipac ignition is also included, if you want to get it back to original.)
Comes with the various new spares pictured, the Haynes manual, the tool for taking out and putting in the rotor, and the clutch compressor tool.
The letter pictured confirms her pedigree with original engine and frame numbers, and delivery to a dealer in 1953. However, she was not road registered until 1987, and was issued an age related number.
Will make a lovely little bike with just a bit of attention from her new owner. Located near Swindon.
