This beast has a built 700R4 automatic 4 speed transmission with a custom 3500 stall converter. The rear axle is a built Ford 9in with lockers with Moser axles and 3. 90 gear ratio. It has all Cal Trac rear suspension with QA1 coil over shocks. The front has Unisteer Rack and Pinion steering and tubular control arms. The power 4 wheel disc brakes stop this beast on a dime. The brake system is equipped with an aftermarket Hydroboost brake system. The power steering makes turning this big car very simple. This Mercury has 3in Flowmaster dual exhaust system with long tube headers and electric cut outs that sounds amazing.
