First registered 1st January 1968. Believed 78, 000 miles from new. South African import, UK registered in my name, appropriate ‘F’ reg.
Original car, incredibly sound with no repairs to chassis or any part of body, all panels original, Has been repainted while ago. Chrome excellent
Engine is superb, believe built to 123GT spec, refurbished SU carbs, nicely balanced, 4 branch sports exhaust with nice oval chrome ended rear box and tailpipe. Bills associated with the engine build. Re-chromed rocker box cover. Extremely lively and pulls very well.
Heater system re-furbished, re-painted fan box, tested core, new thermostatic heater valve, new hoses, new metal pipes and new hoses to radiator.
Transmission all fine, no axle noise at all, the brakes all good. New clutch seal kit and hose
New track rods and drag link ball joints, retracked and geometry checked and is fine.
Wheels: these have been fitted in SA and have 195/ 60 x 15 tyres same rolling radius as the original 165s, no rubbing
The original steering wheel and a Motolita Woodrim with boss comes with the car.
New door cards, kick panels and Pirelli webbing to seat bases
