Unfortunately we are selling ‘Mavis’ who we have been renovating over the past couple of years. The following has been done:
• stripped out the old floor and frame and replaced it
• new metal floor struts installed
• reconditioned the rails on the main body
• underneath there is no rust so this has just been cleaned up and painted
• added new shocks and drive-right air springs (which are rated for 308)
• interior structure in wood has been completely re-done in main living area (area above cab still needs to be done!)
• started stripping the cab, seats have been temporarily removed (these are in excellent condition)
• overall condition of body very good with little to no rust
• exterior will need re-cladding because of previous damage (top and bottom panels, mid-sections are OK)
• roof general condition OK aside from a small tear that would need to be fixed
• engine very sound, starts at the first go even after a cold winter but would benefit from a good service
• 89, 000 miles on the clock
• MOT expired so would need to be picked up on trailer

o Thetford Cassette toilet with door (not installed)
o Brand new fresh water tank (not installed)
o Brand new waste water tank (not installed)
o Shower tray (not installed)
o LPG gas bottle and fittings for direct from pump filling (not installed)
o Gas bottle cupboard with door (not installed)
o Roof rack (not installed)
o Back ladder (not installed)
o Used (but good condition) Hartal caravan door with frame for replacement of existing side door (not installed)
