- We are pleased to present this 1994 Porsche 964 Turbo 3. 6 finished in Speed Yellow over Black leather. Introduced in January of 1993 with a turbocharged version of the 3. 6L M64 engine making over 350HP, the 964 Turbo 3. 6 became one of the fastest production cars in the world with customer orders immediately surpassing production capability.
- One of less than 1, 500 examples produced in total, this 1994 Turbo was originally ordered through Mizwa Motor Sales Corp., the sole Japanese Porsche distributor, before it was sold to a private museum in Japan where it remained up until 2015 when it was purchased by a private collector in the U. K. Having recently made its way to the United States earlier in 2021, this Turbo has been fully serviced and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California with just over 85, 151 km (52, 911 mi) showing on the odometer.
- This 964 came finished in the eye-catching color of Speed Yellow (X4), one of the most iconic and recognizable shades of the era. Characteristic details of the Turbo model include wide fenders, a Tea Tray rear spoiler, a rear window wiper, and Cup design mirrors. Further distinguishing the 3. 6 model is a special chromium rear logo, RS center tail section, and red brake calipers tucked behind 18” Speedline 3-piece wheels.
- As a Rest of World (RoW) example, this 964 also features European-style indicator lights on the front fenders. The seller describes this 964 to be in excellent showroom-like condition and notes the front hood has been previously refinished to address some road-going chips.
- The wheels also come dressed in a set of brand-new Yokohama Advan Apex tires.

- The black carpet floormats also feature contrasting embroideries in yellow, and the original Blaupunkt radio has been retained. The seller reports all gauges and accessories to be fully functional.
- Power is derived from a turbocharged 3. 6L M64 flat-six engine generating as much as 355 HP and 384 lb.-ft torque when new.
- The rear wheels are driven by way of a 5-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
- Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is achieved in as little as 4. 7 seconds with a top speed of over 170 MPH.
- Compared with the original 964 Turbo, the 3. 6 model offered a lowered retuned suspension as well as an improved braking system with larger rotors and red 4-piston Brembo calipers derived from the Turbo S.
- The car is said to have been fully serviced and safety checked in preparation for sale and there has been no additional running time since the maintenance was completed.
