1990 1. 9 water-cooled 5 speed gearbox. Reconditioned gearbox fitted earlier this year as they tend to start whining at 100k miles as a bearing starts to break up.
Had the front and rear seats re foamed and upholstered two years ago, also fitted with recon’ front disc brake callipers. Four matching van spec tyres with 80% tread left on them. Just Kampers Ltd complete exhaust fitted two and a half years ago.
Fridge that should work off leisure battery, gas bottle and mains, at the moment its only working on mains and gas not sure why?. Large fresh water tank two ring gas cooker with grill, sink with cold water tap operated by floor mounted pedal. Gas run blown air heater, roof vent. Also included are a full set of window Thermo Mats, and a small awning. Small roof mounted box ideal for storing levelling ramps. Gas bottle included.
Also included is a bunk/ hammock that fits across the front seats resting on the window ledges. Made from steel tubing with canvas base is suitable for one child, only been used for one trip. Van is pictured with rusty bits as showing as do not believe in hiding them. Tow hitch and electrics and light board included. Front passenger seats swivels around to face inwards.
‘Rosie’ is a little great bus that has taken us from Norway to Spain and everywhere in between and even had a starring role in the film ‘Run Rosie Run’ now on You Tube. The bus runs very well but needs a little TLC on the body here and there.
