Originating from Norwood, Ohio, this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS has rocketed right to the top as the coolest car in our showroom. We were fortunate to be offered this beautiful Camaro from a private seller and American motoring enthusiast, who has spent the last three years restoring it to a very high standard.
Tastefully customised, the body is finished in the glorious Sonic Boom Metallic Blue with White racing stripes, complemented by 5-spoke chrome alloy wheels and a brand-new set of Radial T/ A tyres. A refreshing interior consists of new leather and hounds tooth cloth seats, new headlining, new carpets, new door cards and a new dashboard. All together it looks and feels fantastic whilst preserving as much originality as possible.
During the restoration it was taken back to bare metal, sandblasted and the underside was protected with waxoyl. Mechanically, almost all components were either replaced or recommissioned including suspension, brakes and brakes lines all being done. A recommissioned Chevrolet 5. 0L 305 big block engine was installed and is connected to a semi-automatic gearbox, operated by a seriously cool Quicksilver racing gear selector.
Registered as a historic vehicle, this car is MOT exempt however upon request we can deliver the car with a full MOT, a fresh oil service and vehicle health check.
