Originally from South Africa, this VW Beetle was imported into the UK in 2016, once in the UK she underwent a full nut and bolt restoration to bring her up to the SHOW WINNING standard she is today.
The restoration work carried out is as follows.
The shell completely stripped back to bare metal, brand new front wings replaced which came from Germany, new floor pans fitted, the VW Beetle was then painted in 3 stage Ruby Red and Old English White, Fuel tank refurbished and all new fuel lines fitted, All wiring neatened and tidied, Complete set of new rubbers, Including windows rear lights etc, New chrome bumpers and blades, New headlining from Limebug, New custom made carpets from Madmatz, Black D ring steering wheel, Rear window blind, Full Limebug deluxe air ride setup with Airlift V2 controller and manifold, Front brake disc conversion with rear drum brakes, Limebug 4 inch narrowed beam, 17 inch 3 piece custom smoothies wheels, 5 inch front, 7 inch rear, Wolfsburg chrome caps, 1641cc twin port engine, All engine tinware powder coated Old English White, New engine manifold rubbers, Aftermarket air filter, Chrome oil filler neck, Modified exhaust to point down, New coil, Fuel pump and distributor, And the list just keeps going on !!
