First unveiled in August 1977, the Mk II Granada had a 9-year production run that included a mild facelift in 1981
The car shown here is a facelifted car with larger wrap-around bumpers, a three-bar grille, revised dashboard and new seats for improved comfort
However, as you can see, this is no ordinary Grandad estate
Based on a Diamond White, 2. 8GL V6 automatic it's been professionally prepared for use as a rally barge or motorsport support vehicle
Fitted with some nice rally accessories including a roll cage, tyre rack, Minilites, Corbeau bucket seats, rear fire extinguisher and extra dash switches and map reading light
It was built for an event that was cancelled due to Covid and has never been used
More recently, the car has had a once over and the automatic gearbox has had a fluid change
