2008 Lotus Exige Sprint one of a limited run of 40 cars to celebrate 40 years of Lotus at Hethel with each car dedicated to one of the years between 1967-2007. This is car 1980 in Persian Blue over Aspen White and comes with the plaque and production certificate. I bought the car 3 years ago with just one owner prior and the car has been maintained by Lotus main dealers throughout its life, Williams Automobiles followed by Bell & Colvill during my ownership. Relatively low mileage at 42k and has been well cared for. I had Back On Track put a ‘fast road’ geo on the car which greatly improved the front end both on road and track. Other than this, the car is completely original to my knowledge and I’m sure you will be aware of the extensive standard spec the sprint cars came out of the factory with (Performance pack, Sport pack, Touring pack etc. giving the car 240bhp and the satin black lightweight forged alloy wheels.)
I bought an Arai GP6-s helmet and had it professionally painted in the Sprint colourscheme which can be included in the sale if the right price is achieved – It looks fantastic alongside the car!
